Kristy Gourley is a master’s student in the exercise physiology program. She is originally from Mathiston, MS and completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Millsaps College while playing women’s lacrosse. Kristy recently became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is currently assisting in on-going research in the Neuromechanics Laboratory at Mississippi State University. Her main academic and research is primarily in sports biomechanics, focusing in sports performance and injury prevention.
